i just join last week, hi. i was wondering if anyone had any thoughts or recomendations on my issue.
i have been static around 278 - 281 for the past month or so. ive stopped drinking caffinated drinks. started drinking water and crystal light. my carb intake is around 25 - 30gms a day, im taking fish oil with omega, and i still cant seem to continue to weight loss. ive tried eliminating various things to figure out what causing. the caffine was one of the deciding factors. other than that, im not sure what to do. diet and excercise hasnt changed since i started in febuary. help...
